Southlake Dragon Lacrosse

Registration Includes

• Full player uniform pack for the season (practice & game day attire)
• Fall Practices: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings at CHS August 30-November 15
• TurLaxin Tournament: October 14-15 (in McKinney, TX)
• Winter Conditioning Program: APE Fitness (November-January)
• Fall Events: Homecoming Festival & Parade, Boys vs Girls Game, Alumni Game (week of Thanksgiving)
• Spring Practices: 5 days a week starting in January
• Spring Games: Schedule to be announced in December
• Home game professional action shots (digital photos) from Bratton Photography (gallery links will be provided after each home game)

Additional Costs outside of Registration

• Helmets--All incoming freshmen and new players to the program will be required to supplemnt purchase of new White and Black helmets at $100 each ($300 retail)
• Varsity Spring Break Trip to South Florida--Roster and cost will be communicated early Fall. 

All dates of importance and communication will be posted and communicated through the SportsYou App.

• Nike Uniform package will be ordered and distributed prior to the start of the Spring Season
• Includes: Sweatshirt , sweat pants, long sleeve T-shirt, practice shorts, reversible pinnie, short sleeve T-shirt 
• SIZES for all practice apparel will be required to complete player registration
• Practice apparel belongs to the player at the conclusion of the Spring season 
• Cost of uniform and practice apparel included in Registration cost

DID YOU KNOW? HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE PLAYERS QUALIFY FOR AN ATHLETICS OFF-BLOCK

All High School players participating in Southlake's Dragon Lacrosse program qualify to create an "Off-Block" within your school schedule to compensate for the hours spent on the field while playing lacrosse.  Players can choose Full year (both Fall & Spring) or just apply for the "off Block" during Spring Season.  This option allows multisport players to have their official HS transcript Athletics/PE credit full filled without being in class during your other off-season sport.  Participating in the OCPA program with CISD & Dragon Lacrosse helps TREMENDOUSLY with student's time management for studies, and over-workout scenarios helping to eliminate overuse injury, allowing players to focus full time on their Lacrosse season.  

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain a US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE
    •  Each athlete must have their own unique US Lacrosse membership
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE  Your US Lacrosse membership will need to be current through the Spring of 2024 for our year long HS program. 
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Membership ID that you received in Step 1.  Please press "refresh" after entering your member number within our Registration process.
